About me

Fiona Robertson

Counsellor

With a keen interest in understanding the complexities of the human mind and the dynamics of interpersonal relationships, my transition into the field of counselling has been both fulfilling and enlightening. I bring to the therapeutic space a compassionate and non-judgmental presence, informed by years of experience in listening, supporting, and guiding individuals through their professional and personal challenges.

Having spent over 35 years in various HR and Learning and Development roles in large corporates, charities and third sector organisations, as well as raising my children through the complexities of childhood, I took the leap and retrained in something I feel passionate about - helping those who are struggling with depression and anxiety. I trained as a post graduate level Psychodynamic Counsellor and qualified in 2024.

I bring a fresh approach to your counselling experience, and welcome the opportunity to walk alongside you as you navigate your way to a happier, healthier, stronger and more confident version of yourself.
